JsonValueExtensionsGetDecimalOrDefault(JsonValue, JsonValueType) Method

Gets the specified JsonValue as a Decimal value if expectedType is Undefined or matches the Type property of the specified json parameter and it can be converted to Decimal; otherwise, returns 0.0.

Parameters

json  JsonValue
The JsonValue to be converted to Decimal.
expectedType  JsonValueType
The expected Type of the specified json parameter, or Undefined to allow any type.

Decimal
A Decimal value if json could be converted; otherwise, 0.0.

Usage Note
