Parameters

argb  Int32

A value specifying the 32-bit ARGB value. As a hex value it can be specified as 0xAA_RR_GG_BB where AA is the most significant byte (MSB) and BB is the least significant byte (LSB). The parameter is not validated, but you can use the IsValid property or the Clip method on the created result.
